Casa Del Lago - Only 200 Yards from the Beach

SUPER AWESOME LOCATION! "Casa Del Lago" is just 200-yards from the Lake Lodge Beach and children's playground! And approximately 1/4-mile to Fishermans Cove. At the Lake Lodge Beach you will find a large sandy beach and a designated swimming area, seasonal water taxi service to the other beaches leaves from here.

Casa Del Lago is located in the beautiful, gated, resort community of Pine Mountain Lake and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Maximum occupancy of the property is firmly capped at 12 but please note bedding is only included for 8 - 10 and includes: 1 queen, 1 double, 2 bunk sets = 4T, 1 double sleeper sofa.

The kitchen offers dining table seating for 6 and an additional 3 seats at the kitchen bar. There are many amenities in the kitchen including: microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and toaster - but don't forget the outdoor cook space too! A charcoal BBQ grill, as well as large covered deck await you outside. Please Note: Jetted tub is out of order. Please do not try to use it.

Sleeps up to 10 in beds.

Maximum occupancy 12, which includes children & infants of any age.

It's up to the guest to figure out where guests 11 & 12 will sleep.

Need more than one house? "Casa Del Lago" is just a few houses away from "Lake View Oasis (Unit 4 Lot 47) and "Escape at the Lake" (Unit 4 Lot 49).

GATHERINGS:

• No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 12 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 12 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

LINENS:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
• Beach towels are not provided.

PETS/ANIMALS:

• No pets.
• No animals.
• No exceptions.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

• A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.
• Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
• The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
• Price subject to change without notice.
• Access permits are non-refundable.
• A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

NO SHOES:

• Please do not wear shoes inside this home.
• The carpets are very light in color and the owner requests that no shoes are worn inside the home.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

BBQ:

• Charcoal is not provided for guest use.
• Guest is responsible for BBQ supplies.

FIREWOOD:

• Firewood is not provided for guest use.

STAIRS:

• This property has interior & exterior stairways.
• There are seven (7) steps to the front door/entrance to this house.

CHILDREN:

• Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
• Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

PARKING:

• Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles.
• Garage is not available for guest use.

With just 25 miles between you and Yosemite National Park you might think the days would be completely full but should you need to relax at the end of a long day of hiking or just have a day off the property offers wifi, 2 televisions, vcr, dvd, Apple TV, and a mini pool table to keep the whole family entertained. Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided for guest use but Beach towels are not provided. A washer and dryer are also available should you need to throw in a load of towels and swimsuits.
