• A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility

• Driveway is steep and upslope—all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended
• Level parking available at the top of the driveway for 4–5 vehicles
• Interior and exterior stairways throughout the property
• Yard is partially sloped and partially level

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
• No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
• Firewood not provided but can be purchased locally
