• 3 Wild Turkeys is a spacious three-level, 2,000-square-foot home located in the gated resort community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this home offers a peaceful retreat with modern amenities and solar back-up power.
• The home features WiFi, one TV, a DVD player, and central heating and air conditioning. There are four ceiling fans for additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available.
• Guests can relax on the porch swing or two spacious decks, which offer outdoor furniture for 10 and a gas BBQ (propane not included). No pets or animals are allowed.

Gated Community Access & Fees:

• Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hour security. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time $50 fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
• A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.

• The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles.
