• The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
• A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility:

• Steep driveway with level parking for up to 3 vehicles
• 2 additional parking spaces available in front of the property
• Interior and exterior stairways throughout the home

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
• Firewood not provided (available at local stores)
• No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
