Situated on half an acre, Grizzly Blair Lodge features a new deck, new laminate flooring, and a comfortable layout with two levels.

FEATURES & AMENITIES

• This home includes WiFi, three TVs with Roku, central heating, a swamp cooler for A/C (not central A/C), and two portable mock fireplace room heaters. Ceiling fans provide additional comfort.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, food processor, blender, and an ice cream maker. A mini fridge is available in the downstairs bedroom. A washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.
• For entertainment, the home offers books, board games, a gas BBQ, a gas firepit, a sun deck, and deck furniture that seats ten.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Master Bedroom: One king bed
• Guest Bedroom: One queen bed
• Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds and two double beds

The home sleeps up to ten guests in beds. Maximum occupancy is ten, including children and infants of any age.

DOG FRIENDLY POLICY

• The owners welcome well-behaved dogs. A pet fee of $75 per stay plus tax applies. All pets must be declared and registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

• Linens, including sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows, are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.
• The home has both interior and exterior stairways.
• Guests using the ice cream maker are responsible for supplying any necessary ingredients and materials.
• The gas firepit and gas BBQ are available for guest use. Propane is not included. Guests may preorder a propane tank prior to arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market. Other than the proper use of gas firepits, all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use.
• Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS

• Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Gatherings are limited to a maximum of ten people at any given time, including children and infants. No large gatherings are permitted. If the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day or visitor guests will not be allowed.
