• Guests 9 and 10 must arrange their own sleeping accommodations

• One open deck and one covered deck with seating for up to 9 guests
• Gas BBQ and charcoal grill (propane and charcoal not included—available locally)
• Private dock with canoe and paddleboat available for guest use (not pre-cleaned before arrival—guests may rinse as needed)
• Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from dock per PML safety regulations
• Life jackets required while using boats
• Outdoor fires strictly prohibited
• Firewood not provided

Gated Community Access & Fees:

• The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
• A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility:

• Driveway parking for 3–5 vehicles (no garage access)
• Interior and exterior stairways
• Over 10 steps from the driveway to the front door
• More than 50 steps from the home to the private dock

Additional Info:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
• Firewood not provided (available locally)
• No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children and infants)
