The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security. A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility:

• Steep down-sloped driveway with a semi-level parking area
• Parking limited to 3 vehicles due to shared driveway with a neighbor
• Interior and exterior stairways throughout the home

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
• Firewood not provided
• No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
