• Star of the Mountain is a spacious, one-level retreat located just ½ mile from the popular Marina Beach in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Built in 2001, this 2,450-square-foot home offers a comfortable and relaxing getaway with plenty of entertainment options.

• The home features WiFi, a TV that functions as a monitor for DVDs, a DVD player, central air conditioning, a wood fireplace, ceiling fans, and standard fans for added comfort.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, and crockpot. A washer, dryer, iron, and board games are also provided.

• The garage has been converted into a game and entertainment space, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, wet bar, full-size fridge, microwave, and seating for 18 guests.

• Outside, guests can enjoy the partially covered deck with furniture for 8, a gas BBQ, a table and chairs in the lower yard, and a wood firepit.

• No pets or animals are allowed.

• Star of the Mountain is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated resort community with 24-hour security, offering access to beaches, a golf course, and a country club.

Gated Community Access & Fees

• Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
• Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited, except for the proper use of gas firepits and designated wood firepits.
• The wood firepit may not be used during wildfire season or drought conditions.
• A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
• Firewood is not provided.

Parking & Accessibility

• Driveway parking is available for 2-3 vehicles.
• The garage is not available for parking, as it has been converted into a game room.
• This home is wheelchair accessible, with no exterior or interior steps and only two steps leading into the garage.
