AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.

• You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property.
• A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.

• Tesla charger located inside the garage.

Bed sizes:

• 1 king.
• 1 queen.
• 4T = 2 sets of bunk beds.

• No large gatherings permitted.
• A maximum of 8 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 8 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

PETS/ANIMALS:

• No pets.
• No animals.
• No exceptions.
• PET POLICY IS FIRM.

LINENS:

• Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
• Beach towels are not provided.

TELEVISION:

• Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix for guest use.
• No cable.

PARKING:

• Level driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
• There is additional side driveway parking.

GARAGE:

• 3-car garage is available for guest use.

STAIRS:

• This property has interior & exterior stairways.

CHILDREN:

• Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
• Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

YARD:

• Property is both level and sloped.

GAS FIREPIT:

• Propane not included.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for use of this amenity.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

• Other than the proper use of gas firepits, all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

FIREWOOD:

• Firewood is not provided for guest use.

COFFEE, SPICES, OILS, FOOD:

• Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, snacks are not provided.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

• Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
• The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
• Price subject to change without notice.
• Access permits are non-refundable.
• A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
