Bigfoot Cabin - Vintage Cabin Charm

Bigfoot Cabin is a classic mountain retreat built in 1976, offering a three-level, 1,800-square-foot layout in the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park, this cabin provides a cozy and rustic getaway with modern amenities.
The home features WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, an AM/FM stereo, and central heating and air conditioning. A woodstove and ceiling fans offer additional comfort, along with two standard fans.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster, but there is no dishwasher. A washer, dryer, and iron are also available.
Guests can enjoy board games, books, and a mini ping pong table, as well as the spacious deck with furniture for 6-10 guests and a gas BBQ (propane not included).
No pets or animals are allowed.

Bigfoot Cabin is located in the resort-style, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, offering access to its many amenities, as well as easy access to Yosemite National Park.
Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hour security. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time $50 fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.
Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
Firewood is not provided.
Parking & Accessibility
The driveway is steep but provides plenty of space to maneuver vehicles.

Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
The property has both interior and exterior stairways. There are approximately 20 steps from the driveway to the front entrance.
