• Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined
• Smoke-free property, violation results in forfeiture of security deposit, $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs

Air Conditioning:

• A/C cannot go below 70 degrees to avoid freezing out the units and causing issues
• Electricity cap for stays over 30 nights as presented in the rental agreement
