WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED
This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex has laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Security guards on premise ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct spaces. Wristband and parking pass policies are in place to ensure a fabulous time!
