Beach Style Condo includes Smart Speaker and Beach Access

• Bring your flip flops on this vacation because this ocean front condo is smack dab on the beach! Listen to the soothing waves as you unwind for the evening then grab your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean.

• Beachy colors and island decor will quickly draw you into vacation mode in this condo. It includes everything you need to play and relax: beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach bag, skim board, picnic basket, yoga mat and a blender to mix your favorite beach beverage. Walk down the beach in one direction to eat at The Sand Bar or Salt Life. Walk in the other direction to eat on the beach at Sliders. A bike rack in the parking garage is available to store your bikes!

• Stream movies on the 55" Smart TV or watch over 70 TV channels on YouTube television. The Sound Bar is connected to the TV to enhance your show or you can connect your own music to the Sound Bar. The Home Mini Smart Speaker will answer all your important questions like, "what time is high tide today?" New, quiet appliances were added in 2022 to allow the sound of the ocean to be the only noise that fills the air. New beds were added in 2022 with upgraded bed frames so you can touch a button to adjust the tilt for your comfort.

• Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is just a few minutes down the road. Shopping in quaint boutiques or listening to live music is just part of the island vibe. Walking along the harbor to see the sunset over the ocean with palm trees and yachts in the foreground creates great photos and memories.

• Please Note: 1 Well Behaved, Potty Trained Dog Under 40lbs is welcomed with a signed pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee.
