This is an exquisitely furnished and decorated 3-bedroom condo in the heart of the city, just across from everything. It's located on the corner of the ground floor of the building and there is a small fenced-in private patio. The condo has granite countertops, hardwood floors, and brand new high-end furniture. The living room has an open-air floorplan and a large 55" television with multiple streaming services.

The condo complex is conveniently located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It also offers amenities such as a coffee shop and a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment. One free indoor garage space is included, as well as unlimited free parking on the street. Please note that cats are not allowed, and dogs require a $99 pet fee.

This is a gated community with high-security entrances and gates. We own several other condos in the same complex, so if you need more space, we can rent more than one unit to you. All linens and towels are provided. If you require more than one condo unit, please let us know. Please be aware that cancellations made within the cancellation window will incur a 3% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
