The Harshaw Beach House is an oceanfront home offering beautiful views of the vast beach dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. If you don't feel like spending the day relaxing on the beach, you can take a short drive to the exciting resort area. Here, you can rent bikes or take a stroll along the oceanfront boardwalk. Spend the day shopping, jet skiing, or parasailing - whatever activities your family enjoys!

There is 1 full bath on the main living level, 1 half bath on the top floor, and 1 half bath in the garage of the house. The garage also has 2 showers, fully enclosed with hot and cold water.

First Landing State Park access is across the road on 64th Street, where you can go bay fishing and crabbing.

Please note that the property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals of 30 days or more do not include linens.

Please be aware that the Harshaw Beach House is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by the Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. High school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are not allowed to lease the property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request, and the Tenant is required to sign a lease agreement with the Agent, which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in the Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. The occupancy count includes children. Violation of these rules is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
