Upon entering the remodeled oasis, you will find a comfy oversized sectional and plush velvet chairs surrounding a large 75” TV with HuluLive. The living room is perfect for watching movies or sports. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with a fireplace are updated with a modern aesthetic and great for entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats 10 and the kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. The pass-through kitchen window acts as a bar for serving food/drinks while enjoying the covered patio with outdoor living room and smart TV.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with plenty of closet space and an en-suite bath. All the bedrooms have plush memory foam beds and smart TVs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds.

Outside the french doors is a backyard oasis with a massive sparkling pool that is heated for winter fun. There are loungers and a hanging chair for enjoying the Arizona sun. Additionally, there is a covered patio, BBQ, and outdoor dining for 10. The grassy yard has games including corn hole, ladder ball, and pingpong.

This is a family-friendly home with various amenities for children, such as pack and plays, high chair, play mat, boppy pillow, bottle warmer, and bath support.

The location is centrally located, with Phx Airport 10 mins away, Old Town Scottsdale 10 mins away, Cubs training 5 mins away, Mill Ave 8 mins away, and downtown Phx 15 mins away. It is also close to downtown Tempe, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake, which offers outdoor fun, bars and restaurants, shopping, and more. There are opportunities to rent electric bikes and take a ride on the canals connecting Tempe and Scottsdale or take a boat ride on the lake. Tempe is also home to the Arizona Coyotes Hockey and MLB Spring Training Baseball fields.

The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell for security purposes.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee:

If you are booking between November and April, please note that the weather in Arizona can be volatile during this time. The home is equipped with a heat pump, reel, and cover for the pool. The heat pump can heat the pool to a comfortable swimming temperature of 85 degrees if the weather stays above 50 degrees. If you want the pool heated, please book with that option. The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if you intend to swim. As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch if the temperatures are heading below 50 degrees, and you can decide if you want the pool heated based on weather conditions. Pool heat fees can be refunded if you are concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.

This pool is equipped with a heated pool, and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day. If the home has a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat it is included in the rental amount year-round.

City Code Enforcement:

To be good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning: Please note that the A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as it can cause issues with the units. For stays over 30 nights, there is an electricity cap as presented in your rental agreement.
