The Carnation House

This house has it all:

• Spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced!
• We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here.
• The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it has everything you need.

The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well.

• There are two large TV rooms with several streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc.
• The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats.
• The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family.
• The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep.
• The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.

The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars.

• The private back yard is fully fenced with a 6-foot fence and has a large hot tub.
• There is a covered awning with two small tables.
• Dogs are welcome but require a small fee.
• No cats allowed.
• All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

IMPORTANT:

• In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 20 people in it. That includes children.
• The next-door neighbor is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 20 people on the property.
• You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds.
• If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.
