Pets allowed with approval. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

The pool is not able to be heated in the winter, but you can use the hot-tub on the patio at your convenience at no charge.

$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months when booking 30+ days (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
