• This property is #1 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck.

• This unit has two bedrooms downstairs with 2 Twin beds in each, along with a full bath and all the living areas.

• Upstairs has the Master bedroom with a King size bed and a beautiful view of the bay and another bedroom with a Queen size bed, along with a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub.

• Our beautiful Beach front home was built in 1914 and as such, it may not be for everyone.

• We are still in the process of completing a historic renovation of the exterior with some trim and siding not fully completed.

• The original cedar shake siding was just discovered under layers of vinyl siding and is still in the process of repairing and refurbishing.

• However, this will in no way impact your stay with us.

• A new roof, windows and new central AC/Heat has just been installed and it will be very comfortable for summer and winter.

• We also have a washer/dryer in the laundry room available for you to use.

• We are Beach Front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes.

• We have a 65" Smart TV and high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs.

• Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for those wanting to stay home and practice your culinary skills.

• But best of all is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches, right out your door.

• We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a charcoal grill for cooking out.

• Parking is limited to 2-3 vehicles depending on size.

• Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 108 years old.

• It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage.

• The bathrooms are not as large as what is found in modern structures, but even so we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

• We will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - This is a wonderful community and we love and respect our neighbors.
• We are all entitled to a "quiet enjoyment" of the beach, the neighborhood and our home - this also applies to the rights of our neighbors.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
• All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **
