Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn, and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping, and antique shops during your stay.

• The spacious living room has a large flat screen Smart TV that is equipped with cable as well as a brand new queen sofa sleeper.
• The brand new dining table has 4 chairs and a bench.
• There are 2 master suites with king-size beds.
• The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with a queen bed.
• All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV, and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo.
• Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided.
• Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience.
• 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided).

• To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor area of this complex is monitored by video camera.
• This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
