Welcome to Ponderosa Paradise! This Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private den workspace is located right on the Guadalupe River! Many spacious multi-level decks allow for the best of outdoor living. This home offers a horseshoe pit, direct access to the Guadalupe River and many decks for those beautiful Texas nights! The deck boasts a kayak launch on the lower level. The garage has a pool table and dart board for your enjoyment as well. Great place to fish, swim, tube, and kayak! Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st!

The open living room/kitchen area is set for total enjoyment! The living room has big picture windows that bring in lots of natural light and a view of the river. Comfy seating, cable, big screen TV, Wi-Fi, and the sofa pulls out to a queen-size sleeper. The dining room table accommodates 5 people and there are also 4 bar stools around the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and there are 2 refrigerators. Washer and dryer for convenience. Right outside the back door is a covered porch with bar height table and 6 chairs, ceiling fan, and views for days! There is a charcoal and propane grill as well as a fire pit. Fenced-in backyard for your fur friends.

The master bedroom with amazing river views has a King-size bed and cable TV with a private full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has patio access as well. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms are conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. There is a den off the living room for privacy if you need to work before heading out on the river for a fulfilled day!

Relaxing Hill Country escape, there are lots of things to discover all around us.... river tubing, lake life, live music, arts and craft fairs, wineries, antiquing, bird watching & wildlife viewing. Public boat ramp on the lake nearby. The closest tubing outfitter is Little Ponderosa Outfitters which is just 1/3 mile away from the home. Whitewater Amphitheater is 4 miles away. Schlitterbahn is only 13 miles away and 16 miles to downtown New Braunfels.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Max of 2 dogs, under 40 lbs. $25 per day per pet. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $3500 per month for January or February.
