EXTERIOR
The large 40 ft by 20 ft pool is located between the two Water Edge buildings. You can swim in the heated pool and gaze out over the Gulf! There are loungers to soak up the sun. Tennis courts are across the street for your enjoyment. There is an elevator with a secured lobby. Washer/Dryer is shared and credit card operated.

You are vacationing in a residential area. No car, no problem, there is a free trolley which runs the whole island from early morning until late in the evening. There is a trolley stop right out the front of the condo complex so jump on and jump off as many times as you need.

There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with Property Manager. We are not notified by, nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
