Please be aware that tenancy at North End Paradise is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. High school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are not allowed to lease the property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request, and the Tenant is required to sign a lease agreement with the Agent, which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. The occupancy count includes children. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
