This property is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. This 1 bedroom condo offers a large living room overlooking the bayou. Enjoy overlooking the water as manatees & dolphins swim by and you are enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the couch. The living room also has a large 50 inch flat screen TV. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Whitney Beach is a Beach to Bay complex with serene Bishop's Bayou leads to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddleboarding. On the beachside, there is the Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
