When walking into the house, you instantly notice all the natural light coming into the unit as well as the open floor plan. The house is situated with 2 living rooms, both with Large Flat Screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite meals when not enjoying the local cuisine. You also have access to a BBQ for more cooking enjoyment.

Just off the Kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 8. The area also offers additional seating at the bar in the kitchen as well. Washer and Dryer included.

• Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV, and attached full bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, TV, and attached full bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Twin over Full Bunk Bed with an additional Trundle
• Both living room couches are sleeper sofas and also have a divider for additional privacy.

There is a one-time $150.00 fee to use the boat slip. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24'. No pets allowed. Property is a duplex.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
