The property is only five miles away from the white sands of Bradenton Beach and is also close to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and many more beautiful locations. The house features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The game room can also double as a 4th bedroom with a queen size pull-out couch. The home is 3,000 square feet under air and 4,400 square feet under roof. The lanai is large enough to accommodate a dining area and a seating area with a TV, so you can keep track of your favorite team's score while watching the kids in the oversized screened-in pool. There is also a wet bar with seating and a fridge to keep your drinks cold. Additionally, there is an outside ½ bathroom for your convenience and an outside shower. If you just want to soak up the sun, you can choose one of the two patios, one of which has a private entrance to the master bedroom, and the other serves as a gathering point for everyone with a fire pit.

The property is completely walled with two entrances. The front entrance has an electric gate with a remote control for your convenience, as well as keypad access from outside the gate. This ensures that your kids and four-legged friends can remain safe inside the wall while still having the freedom to run and play.

The large master bedroom and bath have been completely remodeled. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, and French doors that lead to the private patio. The master bath includes double sinks, a make-up counter, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has another king-size bed, while Bedroom #3 has two full-size beds with plenty of room to spare.

The game room is equipped with a pool table, a bar, and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. You can watch your favorite TV show or DVD on the big-screen TV in the comfortable living room, which has lots of seating. Alternatively, you can enjoy the pool and lake view from the separate sitting room. The over-sized garage has a second fridge and plenty of room for your vehicle. If you need a place to park your RV or boat, the driveway has more than ample room for both, as well as extra cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and can handle both ordering out for pizza or preparing a gourmet meal. It features granite counters, an eating bar for extra seating, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room has plenty of room for everyone with a table that comfortably seats ten. Even doing laundry isn't a chore when you can throw a load of clothes in the washer or dryer and then go float in your private pool or relax in the warm sun.

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
