This home is perfectly located within a walkable distance to many wonderful vacation attractions, or you can enjoy a short ride on the free trolley up and down the island. The chef's kitchen features double islands with a triple sink and two faucets, glass-front cabinets highlighted by under-cabinet lighting, GE appliances including double ovens, and an induction cooktop. The spacious dining area overlooks the water and flows into the adjacent living room, perfect for entertaining and hosting family and friends. French doors lead to the outdoor deck, enhancing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The backyard is an oasis, boasting a heated saltwater pool/spa and boat dock with kayak launch and a 12,000-pound lift, positioned on deep-water canal frontage.

The master suite offers a secluded escape with a separate sitting area, access to the outside, and a spa-like bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The other two bedrooms both have separate bathrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and bedroom 3 offers two sets of bunk beds.

Please note that pets are not allowed, the pool heating is included with the rental, and the boat lift is not available for use. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ("Management"), plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
