No smoking and no pets allowed. The HOA does allow two guest parking passes. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle.

Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
