• This is the most ideal home for any group, family vacation, business trip, vacation stays, or special events. The location is within minutes of major 5 popular cities: 25 minutes away from DFW Airport, 25 minutes from downtown Dallas, 10 minutes away from the city of Plano, 12 minutes away from the city of Richardson, 23 minutes away from the city of Frisco, and 45 minutes away from Choctaw Casino & Resort.
• Our home is one of the few that offers all essentials including a pool and hot tub. The spa is heated for an additional $100 per night.

• This beautiful house has recently gone through a complete renovation to please all desires. Indoor and outdoor renovations have given it a new style. There are lots of amenities and extras that will keep you busy enjoying your time.
• There are extra living spaces including the main living room, a huge game room, a fully remodeled playroom garage, a fully remodeled kitchen, luxury furniture, and much more.

Bedrooms:

• Each bedroom is set up perfectly to welcome you. Each bed has a memory foam microfiber mattress, pillows, and bedding set. There is a 50-inch TV in each room except the bunk bedroom which has no TV.
• Master: 1 King bed, 1 toddler bed, 50-inch TV, upscale bathroom with massaging showers & office
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 queen bed, standing mirrored closet with shelves and drawers
• 3rd Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 42-inch TV
• 4th Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 42-inch TV
• 5th Bedroom: 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bed

Upstairs Game Room:

• Pool table, living set, 65-inch TV, fun pictures, 4 bar stools

Garage:

• Living set, 65-inch TV, foosball table, dartboard, fun pictures

Outdoor Patio:

• Nice outdoor furniture with dining area and a 43-inch TV

Indoor Living Room:

• Grey luxury living room with a 65-inch TV and modern fireplace

Dining Room:

• Fits for 8, rustic wood with fine chairs that give you a great feel

Kitchen:

• Double oven, island with dinette, complete kitchen supplies with pots, pans, etc.

Bathrooms:

• All bathrooms have been completely renovated to fit all tastes

Cleanliness:

• To cope with the current situation and provide you with the most comfortable stay ever, we have enhanced our cleaning routine:

  1. Our team of professional cleaners are equipped with the most recent tools to make the house completely safe from COVID-19 and other viruses and germs
  2. The cleaning team wears protective gear at all times
  3. The house will be ventilated before each cleaning session
  4. After every cleaning session, the house will be disinfected which includes sofas, rugs, drapes, and frequently touched surfaces
  5. All linens are washed at the highest heat setting. That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand & bath towels, and kitchen towels

• Guests will have access to the entire house and the garage. House rules must be followed for the best experience!

Important House Rules:

• Quiet hours: 9am-9pm, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• Main door needs to stay closed and inside noise shouldn't travel outside the house
• 4 Primary vehicles park in the driveway through the alley, only extra three vehicles allowed in front
• Any suspicious activity including but not limited to weed, narcotics, etc. will not be tolerated
• Any damages to the furniture or structure of the house is the guest's responsibility and will be deducted from your deposit which is $500
• Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and maintain the property and all furnishings
• Swimming in the pool is the guest's sole responsibility and kids need to have adult supervision at all times
• Guests and all members assume all risks of property loss or damage and physical injury, accident, illness, or death that exist or may exist in connection with the use or occupancy of our property
• Guests shall allow the homeowner and their host, upon request, to enter the property for purposes of repair, improvement, and inspection
• Household items are not to be removed from the property. Damage or theft will be deducted from the security deposit or claimed against your reservation
• No smoking! Trash goes in the trash bin, any extra bags of trash please keep inside the backyard in sealed bags
• Extra number of guests on the premises than the number of guests on the booking will incur a $25 charge per extra guest per night
• We charge $50 per hour for early check-in or late check-out if we can accommodate
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Three exterior cameras at the premises, two in front of the house and one at the driveway
