Please read all of the following:

• Check-In time is strictly 4 PM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins when fit with a small fee, as this time allows our cleaning and inspecting teams to make sure it is to our 5-star standard. If you enter the home prior to 4 PM without a scheduled early check-in, you will be charged an additional fee.
• This home is a vacation rental. We require someone in the party staying in the rental to be at least 25 years of age or older.
• You will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act to be able to secure your reservation.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Queen, King, and Full beds are authorized to sleep 2 people with twin beds sleeping 1. If your unit offers a Sleeper Sofa, the linens for the sofa are NOT included. They can be provided upon request but are an additional $30 per set and Property Manager needs a 48-hour notice prior to arrival to ensure they are placed in the home. Failure to give 48-hour notice may result in unavailability.
• This unit is pet friendly. We do not have any breed restrictions but do require a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. The max amount of pets allowed is 2.
• Check-out instructions are posted in the home, along with WiFi information. Please follow the check-out instructions to avoid additional fees.
