This resort-style pool is perfect for a nice cooldown or to lounge out and get some tan lines! Additionally, all of Naples' attractions, including world-class beaches, cuisine, and luxury shops, are within a short drive. Marco Island's beaches, restaurants, and shopping are also a short drive away and well worth a visit!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• The kitchen - with porcelain tile floors, opens nicely to the dining and living areas and is complete with white-tone kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
• There is in-unit laundry with a front-load washer and dryer.
• The master bedroom features a king-size bed with its own entrance onto the lanai and a private full bath with walk-in shower, spa tub and double vanity.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is adjacent to the second full bath with walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Both bathrooms in the unit have quality features, tile, and nice attention to detail.
• There is a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

• Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
• Check out time is 10:00 AM.
• Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket

Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

• Are you looking to stay one month, several months, or longer? The longer you stay, the more you will save. Please inquire with our local team at Property Manager to see if our team can offer you a better rate for a longer stay.
• Need something smaller, larger or in a different location? Our local team offers a wide variety of terrific furnished rentals throughout Naples at a wide variety of price points to suit many budgets. Tell us what you are looking for and we will gladly try to make a recommendation.
• Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. At NaplesFloridaVacationHomes there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.
• Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
• Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. At Property Manager, LLC we are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
