We would be happy to host you in our 4300 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has its own marble bathroom. We know when choosing a home for a sunny vacation that there are plenty of choices. Many homes for rent have 3-4 bedrooms and are less than half the size of ours. You will have plenty of room to relax and make memories at our designer decorated home!

• Wifi - logged into YouTube TV as a cable option. All 5 TVs are smart TVs.

Other things to note:

• Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!
• Property Manager is not responsible for construction or construction noise near any of our properties. Enjoy your stay!

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be construction projects in progress nearby to the Property or unit during your stay.
• Island Escapes and Property owner may or may not be made aware of these projects and do not have control over how long they will last.
