Beachfront Paradise!

Welcome to Florence II #203, a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo located on South Padre Island! This complex is located directly on the beachfront, and has a nice outdoor area with a heated pool! Guests will have a great island vacation in this beautiful condo. The balcony offers fantastic close-up ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The living room is spacious, has a flat screen tv, and ample seating which allows plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils for guests to use. The dining area offers seating for 4 people plus an additional two bar stools are located at the kitchen island.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The room is spacious and has a great ocean view and easy access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large countertop for guests to use and entails a tub/shower. The guest room has two full beds and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower.

The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own.

Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable:
