Welcome to Pondside! This coastal condo is located in esteemed Rockport Country Club on the backside of the 16th hole. Here you are treated to serene pond views and visits from the resident deer. Only seven minutes from Rockport Beach, the Maritime Museum, and the Heritage District. You will love the convenience and the serenity of Pondsides location.

The first floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan. The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal. The dining table has seating for four, and there is a bonus side bar with barstools for four. The living room has two comfy sofas and is a great spot to gather for movie night. You have access to the private patio from here. There is an awesome built-in mini fridge on the patio. Perfect for storing cool beverages or letting the day's catch marinate until you're ready to throw it on the propane grill, and wonderful views of the woods and a large pond. Be sure to watch for the resident deer and the many different types of birds that visit here.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master, has a queen bed, its own attached bathroom, and access to the screened-in balcony. Fantastic views from here and no need for bug spray! The second bedroom has two queen beds and its own attached bathroom as well. The laundry closet is also located upstairs.
