• 4 of the 5 bedrooms have King beds and ceiling fans, while the 5th has 2 sets of bunk beds (2 Full, 2 Twin – no ceiling fan for safety).
• All beds have new high-end mattresses and pillows.
• Sheets and shower towels are included for weekly rentals.
• Please provide your own beach towels.
• The three upstairs bedrooms have ocean views and private access to the covered porch.
• First floor bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, as does the Master on the 2nd floor.

Kitchen:

• CaSEAta has a newly updated kitchen with two ovens, microwave, and a 6 burner flat top stove.
• The kitchen has also been stocked with new plates/glassware/cutlery all the way to the toaster and blenders.
• Nothing in the kitchen isn’t new for 2022.

• High-speed internet and repeaters in the home provide plenty of bandwidth for streaming and/or a video conferencing WFH situation if needed.
• The home also has a separate entertainment area upstairs with another smart TV.

Location:

• Only one row of homes across the street on the marsh side + no public beach access or parking close to the home means the beach is less crowded than other areas on Holden, even during high season/Holidays.
• CaSEAta has a private boardwalk to the ocean and two separate outdoor showers (one private, one on the boardwalk) both with hot water.
• The beach is nice and wide at 647 OBW as re-nourishment was completed in April of 2022.
