Experience the charm and character of an old Fernandina style beach house. Located just across the street from the beach, this rental includes a mother-in-law suite and a detached studio. Wow! This property sleeps up to 10 people so bring your family and friends to enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer. *(NOTE: 1 sleeping space is located in the detached Studio at the rear of the property)

At the front of the house, planted amongst the lovely garden, is a swing for you to relax and absorb the Florida sun. There is a large front porch for conversations with family and friends.

The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen allows the chef of the family to be a part of the gatherings while whipping up delicious meals for all to enjoy.

Just off the kitchen is a sunroom that house a 55" TV, large enough for those on the patio to view. The patio is equipped with a bar and a sink. There are 2 grills on the property, one propane and one charcoal. The grills are an extra amenity. Please clean the grills after you use them.

This old Fernandina style home has loads of charm. Three of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are situated down a hallway, left of the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a separate bathroom, a home office with access to the patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds.

The mother-in-law suite, on the opposite side of the home, has its own separate entrance. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen in this mother-in-law suite.

The detached studio has a twin size sleeper sofa, a half bath, and a kitchenette.

This property allows up to 2 dogs under 30lbs with the required non-refundable pet fee for each dog, and acceptance of Property Manager policy. NO CATS Allowed.

A 30 day minimum stay is required for this property.
