Welcome to Timber Run 219!! A cozy mountain condo that is the perfect place to retreat after a day on the slopes or hiking around Steamboat. This bottom floor condo spans across one level, so once you're inside you don't need to worry about any stairs. The front door takes you into an open dining, living, and kitchen area. Down the hall you will find a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The dining area has a table for 6, with seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, smart TV, work from home area, and sleeper sofa that has room for 2. Off of the living room, you will find an outdoor patio with comfortable furniture and plenty of privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk overhead. There is also a spacious closet with plenty of room for your belongings. The guest bathroom has a full bath with a large shower. In the master bedroom, you will find a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a sizable shower and plenty of room to get ready for two.

This condo comes fully stocked with all the basic things you will need for your stay like linens, a starter pack of paper goods & soaps, pots, pans & utensils.

This condo is conveniently located near the Timber Run front desk, pool & hot tub area, and coin-operated laundry. Guests are allowed two parking spots. This property is located less than a mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort, with a complimentary shuttle that runs on a loop to and from the mountain throughout the winter season.

GETTING AROUND:
There is a free shuttle that runs on a loop and will take you to the mountain for skiing (winter only). There is also a local market that is a 1/2 mile walk away. This market sells basic groceries, beer & wine. They also make pizza, soup, and sandwiches.

GETTING TO STEAMBOAT:
Steamboat Springs, CO is ideally located in Northwest Colorado just 150 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and just 20 minutes from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) providing nonstop flights from 11 major US airports. Airport transportation ranges from rental cars to private and public shuttles.
