The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a comfy couch with built-in recliners, 2 separate reclining chairs, and a gas fireplace. It opens up to the dining area and work station, and connects to a very well-stocked kitchen, so the family can stay in the same space and not miss a thing. You just need to bring the food.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with a smart TV. The room opens up via sliding door to the deck outside, providing great natural light to wake up to. The connected bathroom features double sinks and a jetted spa tub with a rainfall shower head.

Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a smart TV with a large dresser and closet for your use during your stay. Bedroom 3 is a great room for parents with kids or just a place to put all the kids. This room features a queen-size bed and a set of bunk beds with a smart TV.

The galley-style kitchen is equipped with almost all the small appliances you can imagine. You just need to bring the food, and you're all set. There is also a washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay.

The game room/family room is a great space to keep everyone entertained in the evening after a day enjoying the mountains. It features a comfy futon, a large smart TV, shuffleboard, foosball, and a card table.

Outdoors, there is a deck with a propane BBQ grill, a couple of different outdoor seating and table spots, lounge chairs, and a fully fenced space, making it a great spot for you to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the house. There is plenty of parking for 3 vehicles and your boat or off-road toys inside the fenced yard.

The property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along. Just remember to clean up after them.

Note that this home is single level with only two steps up onto the front deck for access.
