Sugar Top 2403

2/2 condo in Sugar Top resort! This condo is located on the 4th floor and overlooks the slopes. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, this condo has a washer and dryer. Please note that the fireplace has been capped and cannot be used.

The living room and master bedroom both have cable TV, while the second bedroom has a TV with DVD-only capability. The condo also features a living room and a full kitchen, which includes pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and small appliances. Please note that NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.

Sugar Top resort boasts incredible long-range views. The ground floor of the condo building features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness room. However, please note that Sugar Top condos do not have air conditioning. Additionally, the units only have a 38-gallon water heater due to space limitations. This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat.
