Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach, this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions, and nightlife. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. Property Manager manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 611 on the 6th floor, located on the south side, means sunshine all day. It is a brand new, February 2022, contemporary apartment with style and sophistication. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, porcelain tile floors, solid surface countertops, a full kitchen and bar counter, beautiful ocean and marina views, and a 10 ft balcony with lounges and chairs. The master bedroom has an XL king bed which can also be separated into XL twin beds. The second bedroom has 2 twins which can be combined as a double king, and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is space in the living room for a folding bed. This apartment has all the comforts of home. The kitchen includes all major and small appliances and is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 6-8. Wi-Fi and Cable TV are included, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Extra guests: The base rate includes sleeping up to 5 guests. Each additional guest is $45 per night, up to a maximum of 7 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent from 10am - 8pm during your stay. It features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a full bathroom with a waterfall shower (perfect for a hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell, and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby, glamorous nightlife entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc, both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall are all minutes away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
