The home was remodeled in 2022 with a stylish interior and fun outdoor spaces. With accommodations for up to 6 people comfortably in 3 main bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus an additional private casita (DADU) in the backyard. The fully insulated casita features A/C, TV, a bed, and a couch, offering extra sleeping space for 2 more people. This setup allows for a total maximum accommodation of 10 guests.

Pets

• Small sized (10 pounds max) pets are allowed upon approval. Non-shedding and hypoallergenic only!!
• Please allow 24 hours for responses if Airbnb needs the time for approvals
• Pet fees of $100 per small dog and additional cleaning fee will apply, so please request ahead of time
• Pets must remain off all furniture
• Pets must be cleaned-up after; otherwise, there are additional fees for residue or waste is left behind
• Cleaning supplies are available on site

Please enjoy and treat this home as your own. The neighbors on each side are very nice and we want to maintain good relationships. As such, any noise complaints will not be tolerated, and we ask that all outdoors activities end by 10pm, unless continued under quiet guidelines. Violations may require eviction from the home if repeated. Absolutely zero parties with any guests are allowed.
