• The Salty Seahorse is beautifully decorated and comes with lots of extra touches.

• The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking for your group convenient.

• There is a dining table with chairs and 2 benches.

• The living room has a large couch and 2 chairs to relax at the end of the day.

• The television in the living room is a large flat screen TV.

• 3 bedrooms are on the first level with the 4th bedroom on the 2nd level off the large game room.

• The master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a king and 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds.

• The 4th bedroom has 2 built in bunks, each with a twin XL on top and a queen on the bottom.

• The game room has a pool table, sitting area and large wall-mounted television, to enjoy watching your favorite sports team or movie.

• There are french doors leading out from the game room unto a gulf-facing deck to enjoy the views.

• The back north-facing deck is covered and has unobstructed views of the Sound and the Dauphin Island Bridge.

• There is an electric grill on the back deck to BBQ.

• There is also a table and chairs on this deck to have your dinner while enjoying the gorgeous Dauphin Island sunsets.

• Walk down the back steps to the Sound-side beach.

• Rent some kayaks and launch from your own back yard.

• Bring your beach chairs and beach gear to hang out on the beach.

• The Gulf of Mexico is right across the street, with very easy access.

• As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen.

• There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;).

Please note the following:

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
