Bikinis & Martinis - Great East End Location - Swimming pool and boardwalk access

Bikinis & Martinis is located in The Surf Club condominiums on Dauphin Island's east end. This light-filled condo has three bedrooms and two baths and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on beautiful Dauphin Island. It is on the second floor (no elevator). This unit has access to the swimming pool and a boardwalk to the beach only a few steps away - a great east end location. Close to the Mobile Bay Ferry, the Sea Lab, Billy Goat Hole Boat Launch, the bike trail, The Bird Sanctuary, and Historic Fort Gaines.

The owners continued to update the property throughout the year and updated flooring throughout the common spaces and remodeled a bathroom in Winter 20/21. Enjoy this well-cared for condo!

As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting for you!

Please note the following rules:

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet friendly.
9. This property does require a parking pass that will be provided along with a separate HOA agreement. The unit comes with one parking spot.
