Beach Break - PET FRIENDLY! Relax with friends, family, and mans best friend!

• Immerse yourself in the sands of Dauphin Island Beaches. Beach Break is a pet-friendly, second row beach house on the gulf side with a cathedral ceiling and great gulf views. With sand all around you, a gulf breeze and great outdoor space on the back deck, relax with friends and family. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house enjoys an open concept fit for time together and it's own private parking spaces.

• Beach Break is a fully furnished vacation home for your family's beach vacation. This beautiful 4 bedroom house is adjacent to Island Time, Southern Breeze, Sun Spot and Villa Delphinus, so it is ideal for larger get-togethers.

• As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
