The community pool area also has a four-story 360-degree observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach.

  • DINING and SHOPPING: Gulf Coast Getaway is conveniently located near several area restaurants, including Mimmo's, The Vue on 30A, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee Co., Goatfeathers Seafood Market, Cafe Tango, Stinky's Fish Camp, Red Fish Taco, Local Catch Bar and Grill, Shunk Gulley, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery.   • PARKING: No vehicles including golf carts are allowed to park on landscaping, grassy areas, empty lots or sidewalks. There is no overflow parking available within the community and parking on the street is strictly prohibited. The neighborhood association employs the use of a Tire Tag system for vehicle booting. With this system, the non-compliant vehicle will have a Tire Tag device placed on the spoke of their vehicle. This device can only be removed by the offending vehicle owner logging onto a website, paying a $195 processing fee and getting the code to remove the device. Instructions for removal will be left with the tagged vehicles.

  • NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN: Our check-in procedure allows you to safely and quickly access the home without interaction from any staff. We will provide you with the detailed information needed before check-in.

  • THINGS TO NOTE:

  1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
  2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
  3. Basic Essentials is a starter set only with TP, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Soaps. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.
