In addition to skiing, there is also often live music in and around Mt. Snow. In the summer, there is mountain biking at the mountain. There are many options for hiking in the area, including Molly Stark state park, the Valley Trail (which runs through Wilmington and up to Mt. Snow), and the Haystack Mountain Trail in Chimney Hill.

There are quite a few restaurants in both Dover and Wilmington. Some recommendations are:
