You can enjoy the tranquility of being away from downtown Aspen, but it is also just a leisurely stroll away or a quick bus ride. The 8th street bus stop is the best option for those without cars or who prefer to leave their cars behind. All buses stop there and can take you to your destination without the hassle of downtown traffic. If you do have a car, don't worry! A designated parking space is provided during your stay.

The townhouse underwent extensive remodeling in 2014, designed by the renowned Libman Design Group. It features a raised main level and redesigned hidden duct work, creating a clean and light-filled contemporary space. The design includes impressive elements such as a single-stringer metal floating staircase wrapped in glass and a basalt ledgestone wall. Throughout the townhouse, you will find wide plank white oak flooring. The main level powder room showcases an end cut wood accent wall from Oregon. The living room is warmed by a linear gas fireplace. The open kitchen with an island bar includes solid slab quartzite countertops, stainless Bosch and Miele appliances, and a pantry. The generous west-facing master suite offers a large walk-in closet and a secondary closet. The townhouse also has two other bedrooms with en suite baths, along with an office/study that has a Murphy bed and a computer workstation. This provides a separate space for hanging out from other members of your party. The office/study shares a bathroom with the third bedroom on the lower level. The main living area and two upstairs bedrooms, including the master bedroom, have in-room A/C units.

Please note that we offer unbeatable pricing for longer-term stays. However, shorter-term rentals are also welcome. It's just that shorter-term rentals require more work on our part, so we can't offer our special pricing for those stays.
