Welcome to our beautiful Red Cottage! This recently renovated home sits just off the beaten path, nestled in a blanket of tall pines and oaks. Look out any of the many large windows, and you'll feel like you're in a modern-day treehouse. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is just 1 mile away from the Bay and 3 miles from the best beaches in Florida!

Beach, Shopping & Dining

• The cottage is centrally located on a quiet, dead-end street with little traffic.
• A short 2.7-mile drive will get you to Public Beach Access on Highway 30A.
• Only 2 miles away is Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, which has 3 miles of pristine beaches and is a great place to swim, fish, or catch a glimpse of the local wildlife.
• It also has 10 miles of hiking and biking trails that pass through secluded forests, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.
• Head to the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, just 2.8 miles from the cottage, for shopping. You can find a Publix here as well.
• The Silver Sands Premium Outlets offer even more shopping and are only 5.1 miles away.
• Destin and Panama City Beach are a short drive and have numerous attractions, site-seeing opportunities, and plenty of dining options.
• Restaurants around the cottage include Emeril's Coastal, Elmo's Grill, Vue on 30a, Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley's, Slinky's Fish Camp, and Fat Daddy's Pizza is a local favorite!

Accommodations

• The ground floor has 3 twin beds, a smart TV, a desk, and a full bathroom.
• The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both rooms also have smart TVs.
• There is another full bathroom off the hallway.
• The kitchen/dining/living area has an open-concept, spacious layout.
• A new sofa and loveseat are great places to relax and watch TV.
• The kitchen includes all the amenities you'd need to whip up a grand seafood feast: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, plates, and utensils.
• There is also free Wi-Fi available.
• The cottage has a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

Outdoor & Other Amenities

• After a long day at the beach, toss food on your private propane grill and kick back on the second-story deck.
• Enjoy making memories playing yard games like Jenga and Corn Hole under the tall pines!

• Primary Renter must be 25 or older to rent and be present for the entire stay.
• Dog Fee is $150/per dog/per week or less up to $300 + tax
