This townhome is located below the traverse from the Mary Jane side of the resort to the Winter Park Base. This allows you to walk 150 yards up to the slopes on a maintained woodland hiking trail. Please note, this does include stairs. From this unit, you can also jump on the free shuttle bus for a quick ride to Winter Park Resort Base Village which is just 1/4 mile away. This townhome features a private hot tub, fully stocked chef's kitchen, and gas grill. Book this beautiful luxury Mountain Oasis for your next trip! This townhouse is multiple levels with multiple staircases so is not ideal for guests with limited mobility. There are no ground floor bedrooms.

This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home. Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

Homeowner's Tip: We enjoy walking over to the Bonfils-Stanton area and taking the short hike around 'the moose pond' in the early morning or late afternoon. There is always something interesting to see!
