  • Please note this is a completely non-smoking property, including outdoors. The homeowner is extremely allergic.
  • You can comfortably sleep a maximum of 6 people, great for multiple couples or a small family. The master contains a king-sized bed and each guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, Ceiling fan and choices for all pillow types of sleepers.
  • The house is located in Melbourne, Florida. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes from The Brevard Zoo and The Avenues of Viera. The air-force base and Beach is a 15-minute drive.
  • Kitchen is fully stocked & furnished with all the cooking supplies you need. Including a Keurig coffee maker. A natural gas Grill is also available as a cooking option. Washer and dryer available. Pool is conveniently located right in the backyard.
  • Awesome MOVIE ROOM with over 100 movies to watch. As well, as reclining movie chairs. Very close to lots of local restaurants. Several gyms within a very short driving distance. The house is surrounded by lots of golf courses. If you love to golf this is the perfect place for you. If you don't want to travel with your clubs. I have a Men's Taylormade Pro set and Women's Cobra set available to rent for your stay.
  • You are one click away from your home away from home!!!! If you need a ride from the airport that can be arranged as well for a small fee. Nearby airports are Melbourne, Sanford, and Orlando. Hope to see you soon.
  • Maximum of 2 cars can fit in the driveway. *Please contact us for parking arrangements if bringing more than 2 vehicles.
  • There is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE SMOKING FEE if the house smells like smoke. This includes vaping.
  • Minimum age to rent this home is 25 years old, photo ID will be required at check-in.
  • No children under the age of 10 years old permitted without prior owner authorization. Please inquire if you would like to bring a child under 10 years of age.
  • Security cameras are on the premises including an alarm system. All cameras will be disclosed upon check-in. No cameras in any bedrooms or bathrooms.
    • Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
